Turning

Whether you need a 72" diameter casting or a 120" long
drive shaft, we can accommodate your CNC turning requirements. All
tolerances to .001 of an inch are maintained routinely and micro
finishes as fine as 2 RMs are attainable. Concentricity, roundness,
and size tolerances less than .001 can be readily achieved with
our cylindrical grinding capability.

Grinding

CNC O.D. cylindrical
grinding to 16" diameter by 96" between centers allows
us to meet your production grinding needs. Surface grinding and
Blanchard grinding are also available for flat work.

Milling/Drilling/Boring

Prototype or
production, we have a variety of machinery to match your machining
requirements. This includes G & L Horizontal Boring Mills, CNC
Vertical Machining Centers, and CNC Horizontal "pallet shuttle"
Machining Centers. A maximum work envelope of 60" x 120"
x 60" and crane capacities to 80,000 lbs. (40 ton) allows for versatile
machining capabilities.
